Design Team Leader

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 4 or 5 designers. Together with completing all drawings and schedules you will be providing help and guidance to your team. You will be dealing with any project specific correspondence and queries on daily bases. The job role is dependant on ensuring accuracy and achieving deadlines and working within tight schedules.

You will probably have at least 3-4 years timber frame design experience, very good organisational and communication skills.

Salary Rate: Very competitive, up to £32k together with a full benefits package including pension and private health schemes.
