Architectural Technician/Technologist & Interiors Technician

Our client is a fast growing multi-disciplinary Interior Design and Architecture Practice based in York in modern, custom built offices.

In order to accommodate further growth we are now looking to appoint the following staff:

Architectural Technician/Technologist

• Understanding of Building Regulation & Planning Approval processes and applications
• Good construction detail knowledge
• Fully conversant with AutoCAD
• Experience of Retail or Leisure markets would be an advantage
• Must be able to achieve high standards under pressure
• Site experience preferred
• Self motivated and enthusiastic

Current projects include Spa’s, Hotels, Water Parks, Leisure Complexes, Restaurants, Cafe Bars and Swimming Pools.
